With breaking news, I already have Update #2 at 10:15A MDT.

Tropical Depression Four is now Tropical Storm Claudette.  The NHC has upgraded the status of the storm based off of Doppler radar information in Tallahassee, FL.  She has sustained winds of 40mph at the surface.

Additionally, Tropical Storm Bill now has sustained winds of 60mph, up from 45mph as reported earlier this morning.

Much more to follow today as Florida experiences the first land-falling storm of the 2009 Atlantic Hurricane Season, Tropical Storm Claudette.
