How else do you interpret this bat-crazy bill:
State Rep. John Adams (R-OH) has re-introduced radical legislation that would prevent a woman from having an abortion until she gets written consent from the biological father.
I certainly don’t agree with the proposal, but you have to give the guy credit for finally being honest about intent.
